1. How long are they on site for the clock in clock out discount?
5 hours for jobs within 30 minutes of 29838 Three Notch Rd Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. The crew will arrive at 8am and leave at 1pm. If you are further than 30 minutes then the departure time will shorten relative to each minute of driving after 30minutes. For example, if you are an hour from our shop then we will leave at 12:30. If you are 45 minutes from our shop then we will leave at 12:45. This is because we include unlimited equipment and the removal of fully loaded chips and wood. If you do not need any material hauled away, we will most likely be able to stay until 1pm.
2. Can you give me a ballpark price?
Yes, the minimum price is 1 day. The price of a crew for the day is listed on this page. Most people put a deposit on a crew and commit to at least one day. We send a representative out to mark the priorities and to also give a very accurate time frame for how long everything should take. The goal is to create a list that is larger than what we know will get done, and then work through that list as fast as possible. We do this with very detailed instructions for the crew so that when they show up, no time is wasted.
3. How much wood can they haul?
We include a large 20yard dumpster truck full of wood each day. You have full flexibility with the crew. For example, if you want them to remove the big heavy stuff and leave you the perfect size firewood, that is no problem.
4. What does stump grinding entail?
This is the what the description for stump grinding will say on your work order. If you would like it ground deeper, that is no problem. Just let us know.
"Grind existing stump 6" below grade. Rake the stump grindings into the hole where the stump was.

5. What time will they be here?
The crews get to our shop around 6:15am and are typically loaded and ready by 7:15am-7:20am. If you are 20 minutes from Charlotte Hall, they would arrive around 7:40ish. They typically do not "clock in" to your job until the whole crew arrives and the foreman has looked the priorities over. If they arrive early, or late, the time is recorded and we make sure you get all of your job time fulfilled.
6. What if the crew has down time from equipment or another issue?
The down time will be noted and they will stay later to make up for it. We have extra chippers, machines, whatever may break we have extras.
7. What if they are close to being done but are running out of time?
You have the option to extend the day up to 1 hour for an additional fee.
8. Will the workers on my property speak English?
There is always an English speaking foreman on every job. You will also have immediate access to your sales rep and the office. We utilize tools like WhatsApp video and Facetime to get to the bottom of any issue in under a minute.
9. How can I pay?
We require a deposit to secure a crew which has to be done online through this page with a card. When you are fully satisfied, you can make final payment via check, card or cash.
